I was commissioned to design the poster for the 2025 Hungarian AeroPress Championship, part of the World AeroPress Championship, a global coffee making competition where national champions brew their way to the top.
The poster plays a key role in defining the event’s identity. My goal was to capture the bold, fierce, and ready-to-win energy of the competition while keeping it playful with a Hungarian twist. The AeroPress, reimagined as a traditional Hungarian gingerbread cookie, merges coffee culture with national craft, a nod to the spirited athletes who “bite gold” in victory.
To place the AeroPress at the centre of the artwork, I modelled it in 3D with realistic gingerbread texture and sugar glaze, pairing it with a 2D pop art style portrait to create a vibrant contrast. The bold typography ties the composition together into a celebratory and dynamic poster.
